Creative Product Lab
Entrepreneurs in Värmland have been trained in how they can create new experiences and offers. In the workshops, they have also worked with who their dream customers are now and post COVID-19.
Package deals for wow & profit
About 20 companies in Västmanland/Västerås area were drilled for four half days on how to develop products, package deals, create WOWáble customer experiences, and increase profitability. The program was implemented digitally in the autumn of 2021 and will continue with a speed dating activity during 2022.
New Tourism strategy
In 2019, Future Fridays were asked by Visit Glada Hudik to develop and lead the process of developing content together with actors interested in tourism and the creative industry in Hudiksvall municipality's geographical area. The layout of the process was developed by Future Fridays.
Young Entrepreneurship Association
Karin has been an honorary member of Young Entrepreneurship Association since 2017 after her seven years as chairperson for the organisation in Jämtland Härjedalen. "That was when I ran a Young Entrepreneurship-company in the second year of high school and finally felt like - oh, it can actually be this fun to learn in school?."
Ethical Horse Care
Most people probably know that Karin has a great love for animals. And it is that has now contributed to the start of the organisation “ Ethical Horse care” in 2019.

Kurbits Omställning
When Covid 19 changed the game plan rapidly in March 2020, Future Fridays was quick to change. A new digital program for entrepreneurs in crisis was developed. Kurbits is a nationally developed program for business development in the hospitality industry.
Yrkesakademin
Yrkesakademin (Vocational Academy) is Sweden's largest provider of labor market training for adults. One of their successful educations is called "Business developer for the hospitality industry," and we’re happy to provide the students with skills in Revenue Management, packaging for the travel industry and marketing for hotel supervisors.
Strategic planning and process
Through the program - Strategy Workshop - Future Fridays has been highlighted as a leading example by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth and the Swedish Visitor Industry. Among other things, they have carried out a Strategy Workshop in Hudiksvall and Östersund.
